Rental rooms only for working men & boys
Room available for rent in Janakipuram Sector I. Full room without sharing is Rs 2800, rent per person in sharing room for two people is Rs 2000, and total rent per person for three people sharing the room is Rs 1450. If you want to stay in a shared room and do not have a roommate, then we will arrange for your roommate. Till then you will have to pay only the sharing room charge. If sharing or living alone, each person will be given an Almira with a bed and a table. There are three toilets which are cleaned daily. There is a fan and light in the room, you just have to bring the bedding. Electricity charges are included in the rent. There are many canteens available which also deliver food to the room. There are two general merchant shops within about 30 meters. There is a garbage disposal system. One month's rent and Rs.1500 security amount are payable in advance. Photograph and identity cards will have to be provided. Bringing girls, alcohol, loud music, etc. into the room is prohibited. The room will not be given to suspicious persons.
